Weather Control ver 1.8.1 and Two Skins

I have slightly updated my weather control. I don’t know since when wind information was being displayed in a somewhat weird way, e.g. “18 mph from 340”. I don’t know if weather.com changed anything or whether it never bothered anyone.

Also, I’ve put together 2 skins for you, guys. You can use the amazing technology of Cut ’n’ Paste and pull them into your apps and sites. One has kind of an MSNBC look, and the other one is more like Weather.com itself.

I tested them in

  • Internet Explorer/Windows 5.0, 5.5 and 6.0
  • Mozillas
  • Opera 7.54
  • Safari
  • Camino
  • Konqueror

I’ve included both skins into the source code, binaries and sample bundle. You now have a total of 3 skins out of the box.
