If you have $12 USD burning a hole in your pocket I can suggest to put them to good use by buying Visual Studio .NET Posters from Microsoft. The posters show hierarchies of ADO.NET, XML, ASP.NET, MFC, ATL Server, etc, classes. Not that your would read them before going to bed, but they serve as awesome references.

Chances are you won't been them all unless you are a geek with no life and you really need MFC, ASP.NET and ATL Server references at the same time. But if you want to pick and choose you can simply download the ones you want from MSDN for free.
