Another (New) Book Is Here!

No, I still refuse to undertake writing a book—takes too long, becomes obsolete too fast, no money in it, etc, etc. But! If you follow this blog on a regular basis, you know what a voracious reader I am.
A few months ago I received an email from Dan Larson (aka “Father of VI”) who was writing a book with Microsoft Press. He got excited about the MS AJAX templates
I wrote for CodeSmith back in November of 2007 (there’s even a fancy video) and fired off an introduction.
Sometime last week I received a printed copy of Daniel’s book, Developing Service-Oriented AJAX Applications on the Microsoft® Platform. I’m psyched even though I neither wrote it nor even tech-reviewed it. Just good to know I had some sort of a positive influence.
And so reading commenseth…
